RecoverMyItem.com is a service of Reunitus, a global leader in reuniting lost items with owners. We help return millions of lost items each year.

If you have confirmed that we may have your item based on an address or Find My Device tool, please complete the form below and our team will work to identify a match. Please ensure that you also submit a Lost Report with the travel company where the item was lost.

Note: Accurate information is vital for us to locate it among the millions we handle. Recovery is not guaranteed, and note that AirTags, devices, and cases may sometimes be separated before we receive them from our partners.

For iOS devices, please enable 'Lost Mode' or 'Mark as Lost' and provide a phone number in the available fields. This aids in quickly identifying and recovering your item. More details can be found at Apple's support site.

Describe Your Item
Examples include "iPhone 13", "iPad Mini 6", and "AirPods Pro 2"
What makes your item unique? Is there a specific case, sticker, or background picture that will let us differentiate the item from other similar items?
The serial or IMEI number is the best way to positively identify your item. If we do not have a serial number, the chance of us locating your item is greatly diminished. If you need help locating this information from Apple, please click here.
At what type of location did you lose the item?
Please include the name of the airline, airport, car rental, or hotel where you believe your item may have been lost.
This is needed to be able to positively identify the location as one of our facilities and where in our facility it may be. To obtain this you may need to report the item lost and then share the location, depending on your device. Example: https://find.apple.com/item?param#value
The loss report number will be generated by the Lost & Found system of the company you were traveling with or visiting. This may be in an email from NetTracer, LostAndFound.Aero, ChargerBack, or another company.
This is the address that 'Find my Device' reports the item is currently located at. Importantly, this location may not actually be the current location but is an important indicator to help us recover the item.
